TrueBlue, Inc. chose Egan Sign to manage location rebrand initiative
TrueBlue, Inc. is a leading provider of specialized workforce solutions. They help clients by providing staffing, workforce management, and recruitment solutions. Until mid, they operated under several different brand names including CLP, Labor Ready, Spartan Staffing, and TrueBlue Hospitality. TrueBlue, Inc. came to Egan Sign because they wanted to gain efficiency and increase nationwide brand recognition by centralizing all activity under one unified brand name: PeopleReady.
TrueBlue had a total of locations that needed to transition to the new PeopleReady brand name. At that time, all existing signage needed to be removed and replaced as quickly as possible.
Egan Sign was selected to manage TrueBlue’s interior and exterior signage rebrand of their four workforce solution brands by March Instead of the TrueBlue property management team coordinating site surveys, landlord approval, code research, and permitting for each of the locations, Egan Sign served as their single sign management vendor, coordinating all sign-related activities on their behalf.
To reduce the overall timeframe to complete this extensive rebrand process, Egan Sign developed a Design Control Document for TrueBlue, which addressed the variety of sign types and sizes that would be required across the portfolio of locations. TrueBlue’s sign library consisted of channel letters, pylon signs, cabinet signs, pan signs, wall signs, door vinyl, and interior reception signage. This document streamlined the layout and revision process, and assisted in establishing realistic budget expectations for each project. Because each location’s needs were unique, Egan Sign recommended the pre-approved type and size of signage that was most effective for the site based on the client’s brand guidelines and the site-specific research performed.
All in all, Egan Sign permitted, manufactured, and installed over 3, PeopleReady signs in approximately ten months.

Welcome to the PeopleReady team! As a newly hired associate you are eligible to enroll in our Associate Benefit Program offering. You will find that we have many options to choose from that include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, short-term disability, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity and more.
You will have 30 days from the date of your first check to complete your enrollment appointment. If you miss your window, your next opportunity will be during our annual open enrollment event held in October/November for coverage effective the following January, or if you experience a qualified life event such as a marriage or birth of a child.
A week after receiving your first paycheck, you will have an opportunity to schedule a minute appointment with a benefit counselor to have a one-on-one personalized discussion regarding the available benefits, ask any questions and enroll in coverage.
Remember, you must wait until a week after receiving your first paycheck for your eligibility information to be updated with our providers in order for the benefit counselor to be able to enroll you. How can I access my W-2s?
You can access your W-2s via ADP here. Download login directions here.
How soon can I get paid?
Most of our jobs offer weekly pay. For some jobs, you can be paid within 24–48 hours. Ask your local PeopleReady team if you have questions about pay.
How do I get paid?
We offer pay cards and direct deposit for quick and easy payment. Our pay card works just like a credit card and doesn’t require you to have a bank account. Speak with your local team to learn more about these options.

How do I know which ATMs accept my pay card?
- Go to allpointnetwork.com.
- Enter your ZIP code.
- Enter your address.
- Hit “Enter” and a list of Allpoint ATMs nearest your location will appear.
How do I access my pay stub?
All associates can access their pay stubs via the pay card site at globalcashcard.com, even those who don’t use pay cards. Online pay stubs will show the correct YTD earnings and YTD withholdings. Please see the documents below for directions on how to access this information.

Any current or former associate of PeopleReady (previously Labor Ready, Spartan Staffing or CLP) can access their earnings history and/or the first and last date of work information by visiting theworknumber.com. If you don’t have internet access, you can call The Work Number toll free at and your earnings history will be mailed.

Typically, PPE should be picked up at your local PeopleReady branch. However, there are some occasions when PPE will be at the job site for you when you arrive—this will only occur in some instances, so be sure to check with your local team before your assignment to confirm.
How to Report an Injury
If your injury is serious or life-, sight-, or limb-threatening:
- Call immediately.
- Report your injury to your site supervisor and the PeopleReady team as soon as possible.
If you sustain a minor work-related injury that may not need full medical treatment:
- Call Nurseline to speak with a registered nurse who can assess your condition at
- Report the injury to your PeopleReady branch within one day.
